SAFIMI 2006 SL reserves the right to modify the contractual offer, which consists of these general terms and conditions and the list of products and prices, at any time, even thought said modifications will not aplly to contracts already carried out.
Sales system
To carry out throught the Internet, the user must complete the order form listing all the items which he/she wishes to purchase, register as a new costumer or be a returning customers and send the order form electronically from the website www.almadecanarias.com, after having read and agreed to these general terms and conditions. Said contact will be deemed to have been carried out at the registered office of SAFIMI 2006 SL.
Obligations of the vendor
Once the costumer sends his/her order form to SAFIMI 2006 SL, he/she will receive an order receipt email and delivery will subsequantly be confirmed and the invoice relating to the contract will be sent if request.
Once the delivery invoice has been sent and prior to receiving payment from ther purchaser, the orders will be dispatched through a transport company. Delivery timescales are detailed below in the “Purchase order terms and conditions”.
Rights of the purchaser
The customer will have a period of seven working days, according to the official calendar of his/her usual place of residence, to terminate the contract without incurring any penalties or changes. Initial delivery charges will not be refunded if the order has already been dispatched. Said period will startfrom the date that the order is received by the customer. The customer will inform SAFIMI 2006 SL within the period stipulated by any legal means, of his/her wish to exercise his/her right to terminate the contract.
Return Policy for Orders
We are pleased to offer a return policy for our products. If you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased, you have the option to return it within 5 days from the date of receipt. However, please note that the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned item is received and verified, the amount paid for the purchase will be refunded to the customer.
Legislation and resolution of disputes
